How does the Upwave pricing work?

The price is calculated from the number of activated members at billing time. Deactivated users will not be accounted for. For more information on the pricing, see our helpdesk article.

How does the yearly subscription work?

The billing amount is calculated from the number of activated members on the 1st of every month.

Example: Team with 12 members starts a yearly subscription on the 1st of January. On the 15th of January 2 new members are added. On the 1st of February an extra invoice would be generated for the charge of 2 members for 11 months.

Which currencies do you support?

We currently support payment with US Dollars, Euros, and NOK.

Can I get a discount?

Sure! If you pay 1 year up front the prices are discounted. We’re also happy to help students and non-profit organizations. Contact us for more information!

What kind of payment methods do you support?

We support VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and JCB.

We are a large team, how will that affect pricing?

Through our Enterprise plan we offer tailored prices for large teams and organisations. Contact us for a competitive quote!

Will we be charged when our trial is up?

No. As we don’t ask for a credit card up front you won’t be charged until you are good and ready. Need a longer trial? Contact us!
