Scrum (avansert)
Use our scrum template to implement agile project management in your team.
Scrum is a tool used to organize work into small, manageable pieces that can be completed by a cross-functional team within a prescribed time period, or a so-called “sprint”. The scrum board is a visual presentation of the workflow, broken down into manageable chunks called “stories”. A story represents a feature or user requirement that can be delivered within a single sprint. The stories can be moved along the board to signalize state of work – from the backlog (to do), into work-in-progress (in progress and to verify) and on to completion (done).
